Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to monitor shipments and provide real-time updates.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer demands and expectations.
- Oversee the proper maintenance and organization of the warehouse and storage facilities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
