Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods through the supply chain, from inventory receipt to final delivery.
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products efficiently.
- Schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to various locations.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any logistical issues, discrepancies, or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery documentation using our management systems.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, such as shipping labels, invoices, and customs forms.
- Optimize delivery routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and regulations within the warehouse and during delivery operations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
