This professional role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from our warehouse facilities through to final delivery, upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. You will be instrumental in coordinating all aspects of the supply chain, from inventory management and order fulfillment to transportation planning and vendor communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues or delays.
  • Optimize inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage warehouse space efficiently.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery notes.
  • Utilize logistics software and systems to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards and operational best practices within the warehouse environment.
  • Analyze logistical data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse and delivery staff, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a logistics coordinator or similar role, specifically with warehouse and delivery responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
