Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery activities using our logistics software.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and quality control standards.
- Prepare logistics reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to logistics and delivery promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
