Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes and schedules for a fleet of vehicles.
- Dispatch drivers and assign loads efficiently, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines.
- Monitor real-time shipment progress, tracking vehicles and goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery status and potential issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as delays, breakdowns, or rerouting needs.
- Manage and update dispatch software and systems with accurate information.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and transportation policies.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination role.
