Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics data, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory, to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor operational performance and track progress against strategic goals.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and operations, to implement new processes and ensure smooth integration.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on logistics performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics technologies and systems to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain master data related to logistics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with supply chain principles and logistics operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
