Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accurate and timely data entry for shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related information.
- Prepare, verify, and process various logistics documents, including shipping labels, invoices, and customs forms.
- Coordinate daily logistics activities with internal teams, external vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates to relevant parties and resolving minor discrepancies or delays.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and carriers regarding shipment status or documentation.
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital records for all logistics transactions.
- Identify and report any operational issues, discrepancies, or potential delays to senior associates or management.
