Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and adherence to established procedures.
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound logistics flows to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and transportation, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
