Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and discreet Luxury Suite Attendant to join a prestigious hospitality team in Surulere, Lagos. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests in luxury suites, anticipating and fulfilling their needs with discretion and efficiency.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation within assigned suites, including turndown services and amenity replenishment.
  • Conduct thorough daily inspections of suites to ensure all facilities are in perfect working order and meet luxury standards.
  • Manage suite inventory, including mini-bar, linens, and guest supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate billing.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, coordinating with other departments (e.g., concierge, culinary, housekeeping) as needed.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for suite guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy for all guests, upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Offer recommendations and arrange services such as dining reservations, transportation, and local activities tailored to guest preferences.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, high-end residential, or premium hospitality setting.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong guest-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and a high level of integrity.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and hospitality management systems (PMS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with a diverse range of international clientele.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural highlights in Lagos.
  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Yoruba) is an advantage.
  • Certification in first aid and safety.
