Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Machine Operators in setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
- Load raw materials and components into machines and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of products and equipment to identify potential issues or quality deviations.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
- Monitor machine parameters and report any irregularities, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the operator or supervisor immediately.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Support inventory management by accurately counting and tracking materials and finished goods.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to production schedules and targets to meet output requirements.
Required Skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (ability to read, write, and perform simple calculations).
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
