Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain various industrial machinery (CNC machines, textile equipment, general manufacturing lines) according to specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks on produced items, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Set up machinery, load raw materials, and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work orders to ensure accurate production.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
