Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine machine setups, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and raw materials, identifying and reporting defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and workplace standards.
- Document production data, including output, downtime, and quality issues, accurately and timely.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery as required to minimize downtime.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of materials onto machines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment (minimum 2 years).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to product quality.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interface operation.
- Willingness to relocate to New Mexico, USA, and commitment to navigating the immigration process.
