Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments or individuals in a timely manner.
  • Process outgoing mail, including weighing, franking, and preparing packages for shipment using various carriers.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as franking machines, scanners, and scales.
  • Assist with inventory management of mailroom supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate special deliveries and pickups as requested.
  • Ensure the mailroom is kept tidy, organized, and secure at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Provide support to other administrative functions as needed.
