Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and inter-office correspondence to appropriate departments and individuals accurately and promptly.
- Process outgoing mail, including weighing, stamping, and preparing items for dispatch using postal meters and shipping software.
- Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Operate and maintain mailroom equipment such as postage machines, scanners, and package tracking systems.
- Coordinate with external courier services for urgent deliveries and pickups.
- Manage mailroom supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with other administrative and office support tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
