Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments and individuals promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including proper labeling, postage, and coordination with various courier services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments for tracking purposes.
  • Assist with the inventory management and ordering of mailroom and office supplies.
  • Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scales, and package scanners efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Ensure the mailroom area remains organized, clean, and operates at peak efficiency.
  • Provide support for general office administrative tasks and assist colleagues as needed.
