Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our critical industrial equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform skilled repairs, installations, and calibrations on various industrial equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and operational staff.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
  • Proven experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA) and instrumentation.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Solid understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or advanced certification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRL).
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
  • Prior experience in a heavily automated manufacturing or production environment.
