Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our critical industrial equipment and facilities. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and operational staff.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
- Proven experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA) and instrumentation.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Solid understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in engineering best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or advanced certification in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRL).
