Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with routine repairs and preventive maintenance tasks across various facilities.
- Conduct daily inspections of premises to identify and report any maintenance issues, potential hazards, or necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory of parts and tools.
- Support the management of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Help prepare work areas and clean up after maintenance tasks are completed, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, facility users, and external vendors regarding maintenance schedules and issues.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies related to maintenance operations.
