Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural problems.
- Carry out carpentry, painting, plastering, and general building repair work.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary, overseeing their work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring their longevity and readiness.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar hands-on role (minimum 3 years).
