Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on various building systems and structures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building fabric.
- Execute repairs, including carpentry, painting, plastering, minor electrical work, and basic plumbing.
