Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products onto/from production lines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to 5S principles and company safety guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material handling, counting, and stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including moderate lifting.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong, positive work ethic.
