Key Responsibilities
- Assist production operators in the setup, operation, and monitoring of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Support the packing and labelling of finished products, preparing them for dispatch.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to production schedules and targets, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Execute minor assembly tasks and adjustments as required during the manufacturing process.
