Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and engineers with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Learn and perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on machinery under direct supervision.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and report abnormalities to lead staff.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, contributing to overall facility hygiene.
- Document observations, maintenance activities, and production data as required.
- Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
- Support production teams by ensuring equipment readiness and optimal functionality.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools and machinery
