As a Manufacturing Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities
- Assist production operators with various tasks, including material handling, loading/unloading, and equipment setup.
- Perform basic operation of manufacturing equipment under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Prepare materials and components for production, ensuring correct quantities and specifications.
- Support inventory management by assisting with receiving, stocking, and organizing raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support overall plant operations.
Required Skills
