Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing machinery according to production schedules and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance during production runs, identifying and reporting any anomalies, malfunctions, or quality issues promptly.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and quality standards to ensure a safe and high-quality production output.
- Collaborate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and other team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation, ensuring all data is recorded correctly for process analysis and improvement.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn machine operation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
