Key Responsibilities
- Assist production operators with loading and unloading materials onto machinery and production lines.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment within the plant using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas, machinery, and tools to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Monitor production processes and notify supervisors of any irregularities or equipment malfunctions.
- Package and label finished products according to company standards and prepare them for shipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality control procedures.
- Support inventory management by assisting with counting, sorting, and storing materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors to support plant operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
