Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators and production staff with various tasks on the manufacturing line.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines, conveyors, and storage areas.
- Prepare raw materials for processing, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Monitor production processes, reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Perform quality checks on products, identifying and removing defective items.
- Package finished goods accurately and efficiently for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required for production tasks.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material handling and stock rotation.
