Career.zycto is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Manufacturing Process Analyst Trainee to join our growing team in Green Acres, Brandon. As a Trainee, you will work closely with experienced Process Analysts, Engineers, and Production teams to observe, analyze, and document manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior Process Analysts in collecting and analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Document existing manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions accurately and concisely.
- Participate in root cause analysis for production issues, contributing to the development and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support the design and execution of process improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process performance, providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure seamless process integration.
- Learn to utilize various analytical tools and software for data visualization and process simulation.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and deliver basic training sessions to production staff on new processes or improvements.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of documenting processes and presenting findings clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A keen interest in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
