Key Responsibilities
- Assist production operators and technicians with daily tasks, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform basic quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products, reporting any deviations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material handling, stock rotation, and waste reduction efforts.
- Participate in preventative maintenance activities and assist with minor repairs under supervision.
- Accurately complete production logs, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Actively engage in all training programs and mentorship opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
- Learn to identify potential issues and contribute to problem-solving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Basic mathematical and literacy skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
