Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently set up, organize, and dismantle market stall with attractive displays.
- Proactively engage with customers, offering exceptional service and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Accurately process all sales transactions using various payment methods (cash, mobile, card readers).
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal of the market stall at all times.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, including stocking, rotating, and tracking products.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any complaints promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to all market rules, health & safety regulations, and relevant food handling standards.
- Implement effective promotional strategies to maximize sales and consistently achieve targets.
- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with repeat customers and collaborate respectfully with fellow vendors.
- Accurately track daily sales data and prepare concise end-of-day reports as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service and direct sales.

- Physical stamina required for standing for extended periods, lifting, and carrying items up to 25kg.
Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively in Creole or French, in addition to English.
