Career.zycto is on the hunt for a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our vibrant team in Belfast. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social, PPC, display) from concept to completion.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements (creatives, copy, landing pages) to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and platform updates.
- Segment target audiences and tailor campaign messages to maximise relevance and engagement.
- Utilise CRM and marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign workflows and customer journeys.
- Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising principles.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable project management abilities with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
