Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) through engaging content creation and community management.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing coordination or similar role, preferably within recruitment or a related service industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing content creation.
