Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance.
- Coordinate promotional events and activities, including logistical planning, vendor communication, and on-site support.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and update the company’s website content and assist with basic SEO efforts under guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures, invoices, and budget allocations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a marketing coordination or similar role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand voice.
