Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and maintain marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, social media, and market research reports.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer demographics, competitive activities, and campaign performance to identify key insights and opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular performance updates and suggestions for optimization.
  • Support the creation of buyer personas and customer journey maps through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with external research agencies and internal teams to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in marketing analytics and real estate trends.
  • Manage and maintain marketing technology tools and platforms relevant to data collection and analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting mechanisms.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing analytics, market research, or data coordination role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM analytics, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their associated metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with real estate market data or property development industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
  • Post-graduate certificate or degree in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
  • Experience with survey design and implementation.
