Vidyard is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Part-Time Marketing Insights Coordinator to join our innovative Marketing team. You will support various marketing initiatives by researching industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors, translating complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize marketing data from various platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics/behavior.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to visualize marketing performance and insights.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for data collection improvements and new analytical approaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics and insights.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing insights, analytics, or research role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
