Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including blog posts, website content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends for brand growth and strategic positioning.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and lead generation goals.
  • Assist in organizing and executing online and offline events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives, creative content ideas, and innovative campaign concepts.
  • Help maintain and update the company website and blog with fresh, relevant information to keep our audience informed and engaged.
  • Learn and effectively utilize various marketing tools and platforms for content scheduling, performance analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM).

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their strategic role in brand building.
  • Proficiency in basic content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, basic image/video editing software).
  • Ability to conduct effective online research and gather relevant market data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
