Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies and campaigns to promote KPLC services and enhance brand presence in Voi and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the assigned region.
- Manage and coordinate local promotional events, community outreach programs, and customer engagement activities, ensuring positive public relations.
- Create engaging marketing content, including digital media, print materials, presentations, and public service announcements, tailored for the local audience.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, local partnerships, community events, and traditional media, to effectively reach target demographics.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing detailed reports on performance, ROI, and key metrics to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in the development and deployment of customer education initiatives regarding electricity safety, energy conservation, new service offerings, and billing processes.

Required Skills
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a marketing role, preferably within a utility, telecommunications, or related service industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, campaign execution, and customer segmentation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, content creation software, Google Analytics, email marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages effectively to different audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

- Native or fluent in Swahili and English, with excellent interpersonal skills.
