Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns focused on promoting NCB's financial products and services.
  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, brochures, and in-branch materials.
  • Support the coordination of promotional events, workshops, and community outreach programs in the Ocho Rios area.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and support lead generation.
  • Manage and update NCB's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers.
  • Assist in budget tracking for promotional activities and ensure adherence to marketing guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product launches and creative marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
