Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, and prenatal massages, tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, contraindications, and preferences, developing personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and tranquil treatment room environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend suitable home care practices or future treatment plans.
- Actively listen to client feedback and adjust techniques as necessary to ensure maximum comfort and therapeutic benefit.
- Manage client records accurately, documenting services provided and client responses.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless client experience and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance skills and service offerings.
Required Skills
- Nationally recognized certification in Massage Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or clinical setting
- Proficiency in a wide range of massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-focused approach
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massages effectively for extended periods
