Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, and potentially specialist treatments as required.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to identify specific needs, preferences, and contraindications, developing personalised treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and tranquil treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sterilised and prepared for each client.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, recommending suitable treatments and aftercare advice for sustained well-being.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits through exceptional service and professionalism.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as spa policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other spa team members to ensure seamless operations and a consistently high standard of client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Required Skills
- Accredited Massage Therapy qualification (e.g., SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in various massage modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
