Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of massage therapies including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
- Develop and customize treatment plans that align with client goals for relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing treatment room and spa area.
- Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend appropriate spa products to clients.
- Accurately manage appointment schedules and maintain confidential client records.
- Adhere strictly to all spa policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a serene and positive experience for every client.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Nationally recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
- Proficiency in various massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications.
- Ability to tailor treatments to meet diverse client needs.

Preferred Qualifications
