Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of high-quality massage treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology, among others.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to identify specific needs, preferences, and contraindications.
- Customize treatment plans and techniques to ensure optimal guest satisfaction and therapeutic outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and all spa facilities.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained before and after each use.
- Educate guests on the benefits of spa services and recommend suitable retail products for home care.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with hotel policies.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of professionalism, exceptional guest service, and ethical conduct at all times.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the entire spa and wellness team to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in various massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Reflexology).

- Proficiency in upselling spa products and services to enhance client's wellness journey.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Fluent in English and Swahili; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
