Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional, high-quality massage therapy treatments including, but not limited to, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, and Sports Massage, tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, health history assessments, and postural analyses to identify contraindications and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment details, progress, and recommendations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, recommending home care practices, and suggesting appropriate follow-up sessions or services.
- Ensure the massage rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and adequately stocked with linens, oils, and other necessary supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and fostering loyalty.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development initiatives.
- Assist with retail sales of wellness products and promote various services offered by the wellness center.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and punctually, ensuring timely service delivery.
Required Skills
- Accredited Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in various massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.).
