Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and a serene ambiance.
- Assist licensed massage therapists during treatments, including preparing clients, retrieving necessary tools, and maintaining proper draping.
- Greet clients warmly, guide them through the intake process, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Maintain inventory of massage supplies, linens, and products, notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Handle laundry duties, ensuring a constant supply of fresh and clean linens for all therapy sessions.
- Sterilize and sanitize all equipment, tools, and treatment areas to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments.
- Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend appropriate retail products to support their wellness journey.
- Provide administrative support to the massage therapy team, including managing client files and preparing reports.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery and expand knowledge.
