Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostic tests to accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Execute comprehensive repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicle types, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, electrical components, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct thorough preventative maintenance checks and inspections, ensuring all vehicles meet stringent safety and performance standards.
- Utilize specialized tools, diagnostic software, and repair equipment effectively and safely.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Document all services performed, parts used, and hours worked meticulously, maintaining accurate service records.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and workshop best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, contributing to overall workshop productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous professional development.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in automotive diagnostics and complex troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with extensive hands-on repair and maintenance experience.
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and tools (e.g., OBD-II scanners, oscilloscopes).
- In-depth knowledge of various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, braking, and steering.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.

- Valid UAE driving license and a clean driving record.
