Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) accurately.
- Conduct quality inspections on assembled products to ensure compliance with design specifications and operational standards.
- Perform functional testing and debugging of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve complex assembly challenges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Document assembly processes, modifications, and test results accurately.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of machinery at client sites when required.
- Provide feedback on design improvements and assembly efficiencies to the engineering department.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar technical role.
