As a Mechanical Engineer at Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in all phases of our engineering projects, from initial concept and detailed design to prototyping, testing, and implementation. Your work will involve applying fundamental engineering principles to develop innovative solutions for a variety of systems, which may include custom machinery, HVAC systems, fluid power systems, structural components, and thermal systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
- Perform engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, vibration, and fluid dynamics, using FEA and CFD tools.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct research and development to identify and integrate new technologies and materials.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing mechanical systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and design reviews to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design and analysis.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
