Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior mechanics with vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Perform routine service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid level checks, and filter replacements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Support in identifying and documenting basic vehicle issues and potential repair needs.
  • Retrieve and properly store tools and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and accounted for.
  • Learn to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment under the direct supervision of experienced technicians.
  • Carry out general laboring tasks as required within the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

  • Strong interest and passion for automotive mechanics or general engineering.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently.
