Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior mechanics with vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid level checks, and filter replacements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Support in identifying and documenting basic vehicle issues and potential repair needs.
- Retrieve and properly store tools and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and accounted for.
- Learn to use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment under the direct supervision of experienced technicians.
- Carry out general laboring tasks as required within the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Participate actively in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
