Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across various platforms (SEM, Social, Programmatic).
- Manage substantial media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance to achieve client KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and actionable insights.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, platform changes, and emerging ad technologies.
- Forecast campaign performance, develop strategic recommendations, and present results to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Specialist.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards).
- Excellent understanding of bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and budget management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively within a team.
