Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end media content workflow, from ingest to distribution and archive, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of media operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Implement and optimize media asset management (MAM) systems, content delivery networks (CDN), and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, editorial, technical, and legal teams to align on strategies and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance media operations capabilities.
- Ensure content metadata is accurate, consistent, and optimized for search and discoverability.
- Lead initiatives for rights management, compliance, and intellectual property protection within media workflows.
