In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and disseminating our key messages, safeguarding our brand reputation, and enhancing our visibility across various media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media relations plans, identifying compelling story angles, and crafting persuasive press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the media landscape, demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record of securing positive media coverage. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring media mentions, managing media inquiries with prompt and professional responses, and preparing spokespersons for interviews. Key Responsibilities

- Draft and distribute compelling press releases, media advisories, key messages, and other PR materials.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports on media sentiment and reach.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all media inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate and prepare spokespersons for media interviews, including developing talking points and briefing materials.
- Proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and secure media placements for expert commentary and feature stories.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in media relations, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and digital channels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful media campaigns.
